I am very passionate about providing support during this exciting time for your family. I will help maintain a calm environment and guide you with an evidence based approach throughout this ever changing journey.

You will gain the knowledge to make educated decisions that are best for your family and confidence to birth your baby the way you envision.

I pride myself on booking limited births each month to ensure I am fully dedicated to your family during such an important time.

I received my Doula Certification through the Long Island Doula Association (LIDA) and I am an active member within the organization.  I became a Certified Lactation Counselor (CLC) through the Healthy Children's Project & ALPP.
